Having established successful ventures like GET Systems, Inc. and Surfect Technologies, Inc. in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Thomas transitioned into the real estate investing alongside his wife and business partner, Laurie Gonzales. Together, they manage a diverse rental property portfolio. Thomas has recently ventured into the realm of large-scale apartment acquisitions with the formation of Gee2Gee Capital Partners, signaling a new phase in their entrepreneurial journey.

Bunny Gonzales | Managing Partner

Laurie Gonzales, also known as Bunny, is an experienced real estate investor with a proven track record of acquiring multifamily rental properties in NYC, San Diego and Albuquerque, as well as engaging in pre-construction speculation on single-family homes. Laurie currently manages several properties through Regal Hosting's thriving short-term rental business in San Diego and Albuquerque. Her emphasis on effective asset management has enabled her to thrive across state borders maintaining high occupancy rates and commanding premium rental income. This strategic approach ensures that Gee2Gee Capital will enjoy stable and secure returns.
